Gluten Free Chicken Fritters

These homemade chicken fritters are just divine! Super easy and so delicious! These patties are such an easy way of using chicken breasts, but it really works! They're so tender, juicy, and so flavorful. If you love chicken recipes, then this one is for you!

Oh, and by the way, you must make the super easy garlic sauce for these fritters. It whips up fast, and works with just about anything - fries, veggies, and grilled meat! It also works wonderfully on sandwiches and burgers.

How To Serve

Apart from being super delish and easy to prepare, these chicken patties can also be enjoyed in a keto diet! Honestly though, as soon as they come out of the pan, they will disappear from the plate! You can enjoy them as appetizers, sliders, mini chicken sandwiches, or as a side dish for dinner. These are a crowd pleaser and taste even better with the homemade garlic aioli.

If you're in a rush, you can cook these as soon as the chicken batter is mixed. But if you're patient enough, or want to make these ahead, refrigerate the mixture for an hour or overnight. This will result in tender and juicy chicken fritters.

Can You Use Ground Chicken or Cooked Chicken

Absolutely! This easy recipe can be substituted with ground chicken or even cooked chicken. It's such an easy and affordable way to use up leftover chicken or a way to bring something new to the dinner table instead of eating the same chicken for three days. Quick lunch or Snack.

I hope you're craving these as much as I am! Because these are a huge hit in my family. And hopefully, they will become a new favorite for you as they are in our home.
