This dreamy Honey Iced Latte will have you skipping your trip to the coffee shop! And with this easy/simple recipe, it's hard to resist during the upcoming summer months!

With the heat upon us, this drink is the perfect treat to make! Not to mention, it's sugar and dairy free! The honey adds a delicious flavor to your drink and has it's healthy punch too.

Local fresh honey contains numerous antioxidants and if sourced locally can even help in fighting seasonal allergies!

And with the Almond Milk, it creates a dairy free iced drink. If you're not too keen on experimenting with a new milk, feel free to use your preference, but I highly recommend to give this version a try.

How to Make A Honey Iced Latte

Take out your blender, and add in your espresso, milk, honey, and ice. If you don't have an espresso maker, then simply make strong coffee and add 2 to 3 ounces of that. It won't taste completely the same, but will still give it a nice coffee taste!

Blend all of the ingredients until the ice is crushed. If you want your coffee to be more of a slush/liquid, continue blending for that consistency. If you prefer more icee texture, don't blend the ice too much.

  • 2 shot Espresso
  • 1 cup Almond Milk, or any dairy
  • 1 1/2 tsp Honey, more if needed
  • 1 1/2 cup Ice


  1. Add in your Espresso, Milk, Honey, and Ice into a Blender.
  2. Blend until ice is crushed.
  3. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
