After seeing beautifully crafted matcha drinks on instagram and youtube, I knew I had to try to made it myself, and I'm glad I did! This drink is so refreshing, and tastes like any green tea matcha drink, only creamier, and filled with fresh strawberries. So you get those strawberry chunks as your enjoying your drink!

If you like your drinks hot, opt out of using ice, and just pour your matcha into the hot boiling water or milk.

Or - for a simpler iced latte - you can add in your matcha with some heavy cream into a blender or frother, mix, and serve over ice for an even tastier version of this Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte. And it'll taste just like ice cream, only matcha flavored! Yum.

How ever you prefer to take you matcha latte, be sure to add plenty of strawberries and good quality matcha powder. This drink will keep you going for hours!

  • 1/4 cup Strawberries, mashed
  • 1 tbsp Sweetener, of choice
  • 1 cup Almond Milk, or any milk
  • 2 tsp Matcha Powder


  1. Mash up you strawberries and place them at the bottom of your cups.
  2. Put 2 tsp matcha powder and sweetener into a small bowl with 3 tbsp hot water, mix until incorporated, set aside.
  3. Add ice on top of you strawberries. Pour in your milk. And add in your matcha tea mixture.
  4. Give your drink a good stir and enjoy!
