Lemon Turmeric Energy Balls - Vegan, Gluten Free

Raise your hand if you need energy for this near year already! I know I do haha. The holidays have passed us so fast and were at times overwhelming that it’s better if they don’t show up until December! Right?! Now, with flu season upon us, you need more energy than ever with your family. Luckily, I have the perfect “immune booster” remedy!

Have you tired Lemon Turmeric Energy Balls yet? They are so lemony and good for you, that you won’t just feel an extra skip to your step, but will also improve your health by a long shot!

22 Energy Balls



1. Gather your ingredients first and prepare your food processor.

2. Remove the pits from the dates  and soak them in hot water for several minutes to soften them. Drain them and place in the food processor. Safe the water from the dates.

3. Add all of your ingredients into the food processor and blend until mixture turns into a dough-like consistency. Add 1 tablespoon of water from the dates if the mixture is too dry.

4. This next step is very messy! lightly damp your hands and with the small spoon scoop the mixture and roll into balls. Roll the balls in the shredded coconut and place on the baking sheet.

5. You can enjoy these immediately or store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator until serving!
